This parent instruction guide for our cuisenaire rod set contains everything you need to teach children how to use and learn these rods.

Originally made by Cuisenaire Rods Co of Australia P/L, these are still being made the same old way, using Australian timber sourced as close to the factory as possible.

These wooden number rods were invented by Belgium school teacher Georges Cuisenaire, who wrote a book about them in 1952 (Les Nombres en couleurs), the coloured rods have long been helping children learning maths in schools and at home.
